Rita Moore ’98
“I am an alumni of the class of 1998 and graduated with a Sociology degree. As I approached my senior year I began to look into the field of Human Resources as a related way to put my degree to use. I secured an internship with “BankBoston” at the time which was located downtown near the school. I also decided to take a couple business electives my senior year to begin to carve out a path that would position me for a job opportunity in HR. Upon graduation I looked for entry level positions and joined the HR Department at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Recruiting Coordinator. I spent ten years moving into positions of greater seniority while at BBH and then took a career break to stay home with my young children. I re-entered the workforce in 2019 as an HR Manager at Boston Interiors and then pivoted after the pandemic back to Recruiting, taking a job with FlexProfessionals, a mission driven, third party staffing firm where I currently work.”
Rita Moore ’98 currently works in Talent Acquisition at FlexProfessionals in Massachusetts.
