“I got married in April 2022, and I’m working as an English teacher at Shrewsbury High School. My major at PC was English/Creative Writing, so I’m still working on personal writing projects (currently, I’m working on editing my 75k-word, YA fantasy novel draft) while taking classes to earn my Masters degree in English from Fitchburg State University. My background in Sociology and Women’s Studies has helped me deepen my students’ understanding of literature when examining works through different lenses and has helped me offer a more holistic view of literature and how we can discuss it.”
